INVITATION TO TENDER: CONSTRUCTION OF 2.5KM ACCESS ROAD (LOT 3)

Interested contractors are invited to submit bids. Bidders must provide:
(i) Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and MEMART;
(ii) Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years and evidence of VAT registration with TIN;
(iii) Evidence of compliance with PENCOM, ITF and NSITF;
(iv) Interim Registration Report from the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP);
(v) Audited financial statements for the last three years and a bank reference letter;
(vi) Sworn affidavit disclosing that no officer of the company is a member of any relevant committee;
(vii) Company profile including CVs of key personnel and organisational structure;
(viii) Verifiable evidence of similar projects executed with letters of award and completion certificates;
(ix) List of plant and equipment owned or leased.

Technical evaluation is weighted 70% and financial evaluation 30%. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, one original and two copies.
Submission deadline: 12:00 noon, 30th September. Late bids will be rejected.
